Your User ID is your Employee ID / Badge Number. Do not enter the alpha prefix. Numeric only.

Password:

Initially, your password is upper case last name followed by 2 digit birth month and

4 digit birth year. Example SMITH011980 or SMITH-JONES011980. Passwords must reset every 120 days.
